In order to reduce postage and handling costs, HOA dues will now be collected in a single annual payment. The payment due date is the close of the quarter. See your statement for details.

You may have noticed that the playground has undergone extensive maintenance. This was a big goal for 2003, along with getting the HOA finances in order and adding the by-laws for Board activities.

Our focus for 2004 can be briefly summarized as follows:

Past due collections of dues payments. The HOA has retained the services of attorney Michael Rome to assist with this issue.
Renewed efforts on the part of the Architecture Control Committee to bring homes into compliance with the covenants and restrictions.
Renovation of the Tennis Courts.
